of Business Card or Malaysian / Singaporean address suffice our
requirements.

- Prior room reservation
is required and is subject to room availability.

Reservations are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card,
or a one night’s charges for the total room reserved to
be deposited into the resort’s bank account which shall
be advised during the confirmation stages.
CANCELLATIONS POLICY

night charges for the total rooms reserved shall be chargeable to
the guest in the event of cancellation made within 11 days prior to
check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW.
PEAK
PERIOD
One
night charges for the total rooms reserved shall be chargeable to
the guest in the event of cancellation made within 31 days prior to
check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW.
